The first cohort consists in 15 geologists and geophysicists from Petronas, with 5 to 15 years experience in their respective disciplines.
They embarked on a 30-week journey dedicated to Oil & Gas courses, followed by 11 weeks of in-depth training on regional subsurface resources assessment. Participants will also have the opportunity to travel to Europe and study geological sites in France and Spain, before starting 20-week project assignments within Petronas to implement the acquired skills.
