Safety is one of IFP Training's core values and our constant concern
We are committed to ensuring the best possible health and safety conditions at work for employees and others who contribute to IFP Training's activities.
We also ensure our participants' safety in training sessions. We consider this mission to be an integral part of our
day-to-day activities. This involves implementing appropriate measures to prevent any risk of accidents or
the development of work-related illnesses.
It's essential to remember that every employee is responsible for his or her own safety, that of others,
and for our facilities' preservation. At all levels of the company, everyone must be aware of their responsibility for safety.
IFP Training is particularly devoted to ensuring the safety and security of all its personnel during missions.
Our Executive Board is on a constant watch for security and health developments in countries where we work, in order to make the right decisions and put in place appropriate measures to ensure everyone's protection during missions..
Concerned about its employees' well-being, we have set up a warning system and incorporated the prevention of psychosocial risks into our prevention plan.
The future of our company depends on our ability to protect the people who contribute to its success.
No task can justify putting a person's safety at risk.
All accidents and incidents must be considered avoidable. By implementing our integrated management system and
our continuous improvement approach, we can only have one objective: "zero accident, zero work-related illness”.
As an eco-responsible company, IFP Training is determined to reduce the impact of its activities on the environment, not only by implementing appropriate solutions but also by raising awareness and involving all its employees and partners. Energy efficiency, limiting greenhouse gas emissions, reducing consumption and waste production must all be taken into account in our daily choices and behavior.
