Naturally, the heart of our activity is training, in inter-company format in one of our centers or tailor-made for our clients in their premises, allowing to personalize the development of their staff’s competencies. Many of our courses lead to an IFP Training Certificate, which formally validates the achievements of industry players, whether they are operators, technicians, engineers or managers.

In addition, IFP Training also offers a high value-added service in the form of competency management through our own CAS (Competency Assessment System), from evaluation to IFP Training Certificate, guaranteeing a return on investment on training.

Also present in our offer: our accreditation approach training centers that allows our clients to bring their audience to one of our worldwide recognized IFP Training Certificate. The purpose of this approach is to help build local training capacity (centers, programs, trainers) in line with international standards.
