This course aims at providing an understanding of resource-based power dynamics, economic and political interdependencies. It tackles both regional and global historical and contemporary conflicts. It also provides multidisciplinary insights on geopolitical crises, critical perspectives on oil & gas policies, and its implications on energy transition
Participants will get a complete overview to understand how oil & gas shape global political and economic landscapes, i.e. the interplay between resource availability, geopolitical power dynamics, economic development, and environmental challenges. This course develops analytical skills for the participants to critically assess and challenge policies and strategies, related to the role of energy in shaping the global order

Objectives
- Distinguer les différents types de bouchage des puits (temporaire, permanent)
- Reconnaitre les procédures de design et des opérations de bouchage des puits
- Identifier les éléments de barrières et leur validation
- Apprécier le rôle des personnels chargés des opération P&A
