      • Presentation of the module, its organization, requirements and tools.
      • Presentation of the attendees, expression of needs and expectations.
      • Introduction to DISC Model: DISC instructions and questionnaire.
  • SELF MANAGEMENT

      • Q&A Session on DISC profiles.
      • How to behave and better communicate with different profiles.
      • Getting familiar with DISC Method through a collaborative game.
      • Self-coaching tool: personal action plan.
  • DEAL WITH EMOTION & STRESS

      • Assess emotional intelligence.
      • Use and manage emotions to build confidence.
      • Identify stressors and manage stressors.
      • Stress management tools and routine for optimal performance.
      • Stage fright fight tools.
  • COMMUNICATION POSTURE & DEEP LISTENING

      • Tricks and stakes of the communication scheme.
      • Select the proper communication channel.
      • Positive communication elements.
      • Understanding deep listening: When do we need to use it? What are the benefits? Which posture?
      • Develop personal listening skills techniques.
  • SAVE TIME

      • Self-management along with emotion and stress management provide precious tools for time manage-ment.
      • Fighting out personal time eaters (sense of perfectionism, directivity, conflict avoidance…).
      • Investing time in valuable activities.
      • Free your mind, reduce disturbances and set priorities.
  • FOSTER MOTIVATION

      • Distinguish the different Level of needs and the different sources of motivation.
      • Foster motivation through feed-back.
      • Make virtuous behaviors cascading the chain of command.
      • Assess your favorite managing style.

      • Discover Hofstede culture’s dimensions (masculinity, power distance, uncertainty avoidance…) and assess the cultures you are dealing with.
      • Use Hofstede tool and adopt a managing posture to create bridges.

      • Understand changes and crisis: stakes and perceptions.
      • Assess your team along the change management curve and help them to move away from resistance.
      • How to fight rumors and communicate during crisis and change.
  • MANAGING POSTURE, MINDSET & DECISION MAKING IN CHANGING ENVIRONMENT

      • Identify cognitive bias and boost reflexivity.
      • Make proper decision in uncertain environment.
      • Foster a culture of changes within the organization.
