Asset lifecycle and stage gate process, from initial idea to start-up
Preliminary, conceptual and pre-project studies on client/sponsor side to justify the project and main deliverables.
Development sequence: strategy and Project Execution Plan (PEP).
INTEGRATION OF ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION MEASURES

Energy efficiency, CCUS, Alternative means of producing energy
selection of engineering contractors

PROJECT ORGANIZATION

Client / Sponsor / Proponent and engineering contractor perspectives
Interactions between company's and contractor's team. Integrated project management team.
Human resources, organization charts, project manager’s role.
Construction challenges: contractors and resources, (sub) contract types. Fabrication at yards. Construction at site. Interface with commissioning.
Completion activities: pre-commissioning, commissioning activities, hand-over and acceptance of the facilities.
