PRESSURE IN A VESSEL
Definition and reminder of physical units.
Pressure effect in a vessel full of, gaseous, liquid gas, or liquid.
Vaporizing pressure curve analysis.
HEAD ADDITION CONSEQUENCES
Case of a vessel full of, gaseous, liquid gas, or liquid.
Specific phenomena: BLEVE, slop-over, froth-over, boil-over.
HEAD REMOVAL CONSEQUENCES
Collapsing risks due to vacuum.
Freezing due to pressure drop.
Learning Objectives
